Kabbage is blazing a trail in big data & fintech and we are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join us as we continue our amazing growth trajectory.

Your mission:

Your main objective will be to recruit for technical and non-technical roles in order to build out our new San Francisco office. You will also be responsible for partnering with the recruiting team to recruit across all locations as we grow and scale our workforce. To achieve this, you should feel comfortable working in a hyper-growth environment while maintaining an unmatched candidate experience.  

What you'll be doing:

  1. Full life-cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing.
  2. Partnering with hiring managers to effectively align the workforce needs and priorities of the team with those of the organization.
  3. Scheduling interviews in a timely manner while also taking into account business needs.
  4. Train and mentor hiring managers and interviewers on recruiting best practices.

What you should have:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in a start-up environment.
  • Demonstrated ability acting as an expert recruiting partner to hiring managers.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing and screening quality candidates using various recruiting tools and methods.
  • Experience working with a distributed team and workforce.

Bonus points:

  • Experience using Greenhouse ATS and/or Ultimate Software.
